1. What DhanVeda Research is

DhanVeda Research (“DhanVeda”, “we”, “us”) is an educational analytics platform that publishes rule-based research summaries, demand & supply zone overlays, market x-ray summaries, and backtested strategy metrics for Indian markets (NSE equity and F&O). We are not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst or Investment Advisor and we do not provide personalized investment advice, buy/sell recommendations, or guaranteed returns. We are also not a broker and do not execute trades on your behalf.

2. Use of the service

Your use of the website (dhan-veda.in), the dashboard, the Academy, the APIs and any other DhanVeda surface (the “Service”) is permitted only for personal, lawful, educational research purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to compromise its security.

3. Anti-scraping & No reverse engineering

Without our express written permission, you must not:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, or programmatically extract content, data, or outputs from the Service (including reports, dashboards, candidate rows, market summaries, scanner outputs, screenshots, or images);
• copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, mirror, publish, or republish any DhanVeda content, methodology, logic, reports, dashboards, or data outputs;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, formulas, thresholds, weights, model parameters, or scanner rules from the Service;
• build a competing product or derivative work using DhanVeda content, outputs, screenshots, or data;
• use automated tools, bots, headless browsers, or rate-evading techniques against any DhanVeda endpoint;
• remove watermarks, attribution, or copyright notices from any DhanVeda export or report.

We log access to premium endpoints, watermark premium exports with the requesting user’s identity, and apply rate limits and anomaly detection. Violation may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

4. Intellectual property

DhanVeda’s scanner logic, scoring rules, indicator thresholds, strategy filters, backtest engine, SQL, internal APIs, database schema, source code, and operational scripts are confidential trade-secret material of DhanVeda Research. All trademarks, logos, brand marks, copy and visual design are owned by DhanVeda Research. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view DhanVeda content for personal educational use only — no other rights are granted, by implication or otherwise.

5. Accounts & access

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, especially if we detect scraping, abuse, sharing of credentials, or breach of these Terms.

6. No advice; no guarantee

Nothing on DhanVeda constitutes personalized investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or derivative. Backtested and historical results are illustrative — past performance does not guarantee future results. Markets carry risk of loss. Please consult a SEBI-registered advisor before any trading decision.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DhanVeda is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service or any trading decisions you take. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
